Your effort in achieving the occupancy date was certainly a challenge from the start. Your persistence with City officials from site plan approval to permits was exceptional considering that the City Departments were in turmoil from the amalgamation of local offices.
As you were aware, our occupancy date was critical to our internal operations relying on a key date. To this effect, I would also like to extend a special thanks to Paul for his effort in achieving this deadline. Paul was definitely a factor in this success.

I would like to take this opportunity to express to you my appreciation and personal congratulations for the quality of work you performed in the long process of restoration and reconstruction of our new complex at 306 Metcalfe Street. I am particularly pleased by the expertise you reinstated the splendour and beauty of the heritage characters of Birkett Castle, which, as a result will become a Residence of the Ambassador of the Republic of Hungary in Ottawa for the future. My colleagues and I are also fully satisfied with the particular functionality of the Embassy section, which will thus become a comfortable place to work.
I am always proud to hear from Canadians what an excellent result we achieved due to your efforts in preserving a famous Ottawa heritage property and turn into a new role which I would like to hope would very much matter in the long history of this amazing building. Hungary is proud to find a new home in Ottawa in this building, which in itself, through its exterior and interior outlook, definetly contribute to reputation and representation of the Republic of Hungary in Canada.

In particular we have been very pleased with the expertise and personal involvement you have provided on each project. It has been very gratifying to hear such positive comments from our tenants and their complete satisfaction with their new offices. One Fifty Metcalfe is an "A" class office tower and you have always made it your goal to maintain this level of quality.
We have worked with you over twenty years. You have been consistently helpful to us, both in the planning and carrying out of the build to suit projects. Not only were you extremely helpful in the planning of the project, you also showed a tremendous aptitude in selecting the appropriate trades. On many occasions when we thought we were confronted with extremely difficult problems you were inventive and practical in the solutions you proposed. I admire the way in which you worked with your proffessional colleagues. They always responded positively to your direction. On the many occasions that I visited the work sites I took great pride in the workman like fashion in which the project proceeded.
Throughout each project, it was very reassuring to know that our concerns would be addressed and resolved immediately. The level of service provided by you and your co-workers has been excellent and we sincerely appreciate the professional manner in which you have serviced us over the years. We look forward to working with you again in the future and highly recommend your organization for any construction projects.
